Opposite of a peaceful living environment

While I genuinely like the building’s amenities and location, I wanted to share this review as a warning for anyone who values a quiet and peaceful living environment.

The walls and floors here are extremely thin. During the day, I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbor walking, or more accurately stomping, around, to the point that my walls literally shake. This is complemented by loud music coming from the unit next to mine. At night, I can easily hear my neighbor snoring through the wall...

It’s incredibly frustrating and has made it difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. Living in this area of Buckhead, I expected outside noise (which can definitely be heard living in this building), and that doesn’t bother me. However, the interior noise from neighboring units is constant and travels so easily through the walls and floors that it’s nearly impossible to find a moment of peace.

If you are sensitive to noise or are looking for a quiet place to live, I unfortunately would not recommend this building.

I emailed management multiple times about this issue. The first time I emailed them I never received a response. However, when I emailed again and asked about the possibility of transferring to another unit due to ongoing noise issues, I received a quick “no.” In another email after that, I included video evidence of the noise disturbances and never received a response. The concerns I have directly messaged them about have already fallen on deaf ears.

Overall quality of the community has tanked. They’ve made minor improvements but the entry gate to resident parking is inoperable on a consistent basis. The guest parking is always full on the weekends not by guests but patrons of the Tess hotel & surrounding businesses. The office staff with the exception of Pete are unorganized and don’t seem to know what they are doing. Having to reach out to request your renewal from the office 2 weeks prior to the end of your lease is ridiculous being that... the company requires a 69-day notice from residents.

The Bryant at Buckhead Village is a great place to live! The location is awesome. You are walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The Staff is so kind and always willing to help when it's needed.

The leasing office is helpful and made our move in process smoother. Only downside is there is one elevator for the community which creates a bottleneck and it’s so far out but a walk doesn’t hurt anyone
