Disgusted & Degrading
I visited Anzio Apartments today as a prospective resident and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I entered the leasing office, sat down quietly, and waited approximately 10–15 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the leasing staff. There was no greeting, no “I’ll be with you shortly,” no eye contact — nothing.
I completely understand if staff are busy assisting other residents or applicants, but basic professionalism and courtesy go a long way, especially when someone... is considering signing a lease and making a property their home.
The apartments may be competitively priced, but the experience left me feeling unwelcome and ignored. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one removed the property from consideration for me entirely.
