Born into real estate as a 3rd generation Realtor, Sherine started working for a real estate appraiser at age 18 and then started her own mortgage company in her 20s continuing to build that very successful company for 15 years. She has bought and managed many investment properties, developed land, and built two custom homes of her own. She was also the Sales Manager for Fidelity National Title for the State of Hawaii. This smoothly transitioned into selling homes in Hawaii from 2014 to the present. Her knowledge in the real estate industry is as in depth as you will ever find. Her passion and love for people along with her fierce un-ending drive brings the results everyone is looking for in an agent. Sherine was in the top 100 agents in Hawaii, with over 8600 agents by her second year! Through the toughest years in real estate in 2024, and again in 2025 she closed over $100 million in sales each year (outside of her team numbers). Sherine was born and raised in California living in Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, and Lake Tahoe, but is forever home in Kailua. She loves family, friends and the ocean, so she lives near the beach with her husband and her grown children and grand-children all nearby.
