Review & Concerns Like living in the location. Parking options, not great. I've been in for several weeks and unfortunately was made aware of possible rodent and roach problem. This was not disclosed during application and leasing process. I'm not happy about this at all because of the stress of moving (packing, hiring movers, etc). If rodents or roaches are found in my unit during my lease, I demand the same terms required by the lessor plus the costs of inconvenience for moving and packing.

Waiting for New Stove James disconnected my stove to stop an annoying beeping on Jan. 12. He gave me a power strip so I can use the burners. He said a new stove would arrive in 3-4 days, but I haven't gotten it yet. I would appreciate an update. Thank you.

Move-in was very smooth really great move-in at a short moment’s notice-landlord gave me a gift because mutual fans of a sports team. Movers finished early and I live on top floor. 11/10 really pretty apartment too
