Maintenance I requested assistance to get into my apartment due to lock would not release Eric came within 2 minutes and replaced my lock. He is awesome and im very pleased with the timeliness Thanks for the care you show your residents

Thanks SOOOOO MUCH!!! I noticed that I had no hot water so I called the office just before noon and reported it; then I waited. I removed my brooms and mops from the closet where,I thought, the water heater is, but no one showed up. I waited until approximately 3:30/p and turned the water on just to see IF the hot water was restored and IT HAD BEEN!!! I don't know how it was done done, but I will say that I AM VERY GRATEFUL!!! Thanks, very much, to whoever took care of that issue!!!
Where would... we be without our GR-R-R-EAT maintenance crew?
