Excellent Service Received My request for the expertise of apartment maintenance to repair my much-needed garbage disposal received a prompt response and the garbage disposal was properly operating within a half hour.

No AC The five stars is definitely for Eric, in Maintenance. When I called the office saying I had no ac, I did not get the warm and fuzzy feeling that it would be handled quickly, if at all, to be honest. At 630pm, that same day, there is a knock on my door. Eric was looking at the maintenance requests and immediately came over. It was 85 degrees, humid, and miserable. He spent an hour and a half trying to fix it, to no avail. Without a spare on site, he told me he would get a a new one ordered... first thing in the morning and would keep me posted. There wasn't a doubt in my mind that it would be done. Not one. The next day he told me it was ordered and it would be installed the following day or the day after. (I can't stress the fact how much I appreciate that he didn't over-promise and under-deliver. That's the worst.) I was pleasantly surprised when the company showed up the next day to install the new ac. They were kind, professional, and efficient. The following day, Eric stopped by to check everything out and to make sure I was happy with the ac, and their service. His kindness, empathy, communication, and follow-up made an uncomfortable situation tolerable. I wish the office staff provided the same characteristics, instead of making me feel like an inconvenience.

Shower head The Hispanic maintenance guy who came to fix my shower head that broke in the middle of the night. Is amazing. Very professional and quick

Light bulb and dryer changed. Staff were considerate and waited until the next day when it’s not raining to change the dryer so as to not stain the carpet floor.
