Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If an issue arises and guests request a refund, guests will be required to agree to a release before issuing a refund. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. Guests are asked to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens.
