My move in was 10 days ago and everything seems ok so far. I requested maintenance for a leaky fridge and broken screen door and that has not happened yet. I also do not have a trash can yet for valet trash (which was on my bill for this month) Otherwise, all is good.

We just moved in and leasing office has been so nice and accommodating and the apartment is beautiful! We set up fast and neighbors have been very friendly and we love our new home so far! Love the area for my dog she loves walking around here and loves the new digs as well! Everyone is friendly around here residents and office people included!

Everything is nice can’t complain; this is my second maybe third year here and I love it. Nice school area. Neighbors are friendly!

nice quiet place to live everything is kept up and maintained, they are quick if you need a repair and they have events for the entire community to come out and socialize, like food trucks coming in, pit beef cook out plus other gatherings. My 3 years here have been great.
