Es un ambiente es bien acogedor y el vecindario es muy tranquilo ,el nivel de atención ante las emergencias son muy efectivas, los múltiples formas de pago es una alternativa que facilita mucho.

Apartment complex has changed hands several times. Maintenance is slow to fix things and then it's done incorrectly. Homeless people walking around the complex. Cars parked illegally for months without towing. Noisy neighbors dogs barking late at night. Rent goes up every month, getting expensive especially when nothing in your apartment has been updated or fixed correctly. Used to be a decent quiet complex when I moved in 14 years ago but now not so much.

Son unos administradores muy conscientes y ayudador. Estoy agradecido de poder contar con los de la oficina para brindarnos una experiencia positiva.

El ambiente es agradable pero cuando algo falla mantenimiento demora. Mucho en resolver los problemas por lo demas todo está bien me siento bien en Auden place

I love living here. The Apts are really big and they have big closests....The rental agent who takes me rent is very nice...The maintained grounds are very kept together. The men who come to do maintenence are very professional and very up to speed with what to do and are gracious enough to schedule when it is right for me and not them either. With all that said we still have mice problems....They came and plugged up fhe hole behind fhe oven but I still see them....and that is one thing I'd like... for them to get rid of...but other than that I love living here it is a quiet place to live and my neighbors are respectful as well....
