The community is in a great location. The maintenance staff and Brandon have been helpful. However for large issues there is always a lag in follow up. You will have to stay on top of it or they won't. I will say this is more prior to Brandon starting there. This one of the most expensive communities in the area, so for the cost we pay, staff should make sure their residents are happy living here. Adding more amenities would be helpful. Upgrade the kids park, add some benches and turn the... clubhouse in to a place the residents can enjoy.

Living at the Lincoln at Fair oaks has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. I can only.remember one time it got rough was when we had all of that snow but it wasn't just our neighborhood that took a hit all of Virginia took a hit. I have not experienced crime in this neighborhood. I have not experienced anything bad of course anywhere you go you have altercations with some people but this is one of the safest places I've ever been. I love it, I absolutely love it. In the summertime... we have food trucks in the neighborhood friendly neighbors in a loving environment they do so much for us at the rent office. Easter egg hunts going to find pieces for Santa Claus a bunch of different things prizes cook outs the list is just too long to name. This really is a wonderful and diverse place and that's the only reason why we enjoy paying as much as we do for rent.

I’ve had a great experience living at Lincoln at Fair Oaks. The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to any requests or issues. I also like the location and the amenities, which make living here comfortable and convenient. I have been a resident of Lincoln Fair Oaks since July 2022 and I am still amazed at how professional, courteous, and kind the management team is, especially Toni. She has always gone above and beyond to assist. She is patient and understanding and will take her time to explain when I have questions. Toni has stepped up when needed without hesitation. For example, When I called to report my ice maker was leaking, Toni came over right away to show me how to turn off the water until maintenance... arrived so that I would not have a big mess to clean. She kept me abreast of the ETA and follow-up after the work was done.
