The apartment and grounds are nicely kept
and managers are helpful and pleasant. They don’t have designated parking spaces, an inconvenience when moving in and bringing in groceries.

Moving into this new community has been a great experience. The neighborhood is peaceful, well maintained, and welcoming. Everyone has been kind and respectful, and we already feel at home. We’re grateful to be here and excited for this new chapter.

The Lincoln Fair Oaks management, leasing, office, and maintenance have all been amazing to work with and do an excellent job. Each time I have had to call or come into the office Toni has been professional, responsive, and attentive to ensure my needs/concerns are meet. She goes out of her way to address my questions during my lease renewals, assisted me when I had issues with my portal, and has even help me find packages. More than above and beyond to make sure tenets are feel supported.... Maintenance always shows up within hours of request and are thorough when performing the work, professional, and considerate with your time.

We've been living at LFO is 2018 and we love it. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff comes within 24 hours of reporting a problem. We love us the pool in the summer and the convenience of having a gym on property.
