terrible They didn't do anything. I reported that my air conditioner wasn't working, but they just came and did nothing—they left it exactly the same.

Disappointed When I moved in to my apartment, I was happy with the cleanliness. However, there were several maintenance issues (e.g., missing doorknob, broken dryer vent, broken temperature control on the washing machine). I alerted the office staff, and it took 24 days for these issues to be addressed. During this time, the office staff were non-responsive and it was very difficult to get an expected timeline of when the issues would be addressed. Overall, I have been disappointed with my... move-in experience.

Dirty Property This property is nasty. Between the rat infestation due to overflowing trash and the mold smell coming from the vents it’s safe to say this place is unsanitary and overpriced. The trash is open in the front so when you come home you’re welcomed with the overwhelming smell of garbage. Having lived in the building close to the trash area I dealt with dead rats around the stairs and under the building resulting in nasty smells as well. The apartments are also listed as renovated but... have constant issues with water damage. Maintenance wasn’t really a help either because any issues would just get a bandaid put on it and have to be revisited again. I spent 5 years here and have seen them switch management companies three different times. None of the companies could seem to get these issues under control. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent from.
