Low Stress with Great Maintenance Team

The management seems to be on the right track, with many community events and the internal apartment maintenance team is always on the ball and is friendly as can be. Jackie who was my leasing agent is a really good person and seems to care about her clients. The concierge's are super friendly and always on the ball. I would definitely rent from here again. Although I would try to stay above the third floor due to the trash, it's backing up on the lower floors.on some days In general, the entire... facility is well kept.And the underground garage parking is very convenient, especially if you have two vehicles.

Fast maintenance fix I have to commend the maintenance team at Sofi 5500. I called with a concern and within 24 hours it was fixed. And I cannot take them enough. As always, this team here at Sofi 5500 is excellent.

Overall I love it here… Overall it’s great here. I love it. The only complaint I have is VISITOR PARKING. Granted they have been trying their best, but the current set up is something to be desired. Paying 5 bucks after 6 and on weekends no matter where you park or for how long is crazy to me. We did have an issue with people staying in the 6 visitor spots for days on end but now i feel like the situation is worse…

but like I said. I have no issues with anything else so i cant realllly complain... . But i do wish they would ask us for our input.
