Deerfield Woods

11 months at this apartment was too long and I couldn’t wait to leave. This complex has the most unprofessional and unorganized staff running this place. From start to finish communicating with the leasing office was nothing but a headache. Besides that, the apartments are old and the walls were thin. I could hear absolutely everything my upstairs neighbors were doing. At one point my heating unit broke, shower knobs were leaking, stains on the carpet, bugs. Non stop problems and issues. You pay... through an app portal and that was never even accurate, so more issues you have to address with the incompetent staff. Wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone. Read More

Nice service at leasing office. The staff are patient and kind to help to settle down for living. The apartment is clean and tidy.

When I started looking at Deerfield, I was really impressed with the layouts of the apartments and the well-kept grounds, but honestly what sold me on Deerfield was the fact that the leasing agent(s) weren't pushy and made a point of listening to what was important for me when choosing model, pointing out the major differences between the model unit and the apartment I'd be renting. The hand-written thank you they sent out was a perfect personal touch.

Since moving in, the neighbors have been... quiet and friendly, maintenance has been super nice and the apartment itself is great. The layout makes it feel more spacious than 800 sq ft, and there is certainly ample storage space.

I have enjoyed my stay at Deerfield Woods and I will miss this place. It was everything that I wanted. It's safe, clean, quiet and in a good community. Yes, it's a little pricey but you pay for what you get! The management team is thorough, attentive and have always resolved any of my concerns in a timely manner. Although Danielle recently resigned she was a very good manager. Hannah is now in a management role; she is kind, knowledgeable about the property and eager to assist. Deerfield Woods is a great place to call home. The neighbors are respectful and friendly. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The property and grounds are well-kept. Located in Livonia, MI. Everything you need is within a three mile radius - restaurants, shopping, gas stations, grocery stores, movie theatres, etc.
