Scheduled a tour, and the leasing office had nothing to show except a model unit
Absolutely terrible experience. I recently toured The Reserve and was very disappointed. Someone from the leasing office took me to a model unit but had no actual available apartments to show, despite my having scheduled an appointment in advance. I was flexible and open to viewing either one- or two-bedroom units, yet nothing was arranged despite my confirmed appointment. That’s not a simple mistake—it’s incompetence and borderline deceptive.
It’s incredibly frustrating to drive 40 minutes for... a scheduled tour only to be shown a unit I wouldn’t even be living in. If management schedules an appointment, why not ensure a real unit is available to view? At the very least, give potential tenants the courtesy of informing them ahead of time and offering a reschedule when actual units become available. The exterior of the property looked well-kept and promising, but the lack of organization and professionalism from management is a serious red flag. Prospective renters—proceed with caution.

At the time... of your visit, a team member from another community was assisting with tours and follow-up while the property has been short staffed.
