My experience was pretty good!
We only lived here for a year, but I would live here again! We didn't have too many problems requiring maintenance, but when they did happen, maintenance was prompt and effective. We had a problem with some folks smoking in the shared basement which pushed smoke into our place, but we put in a complaint and it didn't happen again after that.
Our building had fenced-off "storage units" (5x10 feet I think) in the basement for each unit, these were great for storing some boxes and other things... that we didn't need at the time. I did find some mouse droppings and spider eggs in some bags I stored down there for the year (make of that what you will), so I'd definitely keep my stuff in sealed boxes next time.
I personally didn't have problems with talking to the leasing office during my time there. They were usually very respectful, and if they didn't pick up the first time, I gave them a call back later or they returned my call.
I would recommend you tour an actual unit you plan to move into, as the photos listed on this website make it seem a lot nicer than it actually is. Maybe our unit was due for an upgrade, but the appliances, flooring, and overall appearance in the photos is nicer than what we lived in. Not saying I have complaints about the quality of our appliances and all, I'd just make sure you know what you're getting.
4/5 stars, would rent again if I were to come back to the area.
