Okay but Could be Better …
Currently living here now, the property is nice. However, I have noticed a few things that aren’t so great (to me).
First, no central air - the air unit is extremely loud and does nothing to cool off back rooms. If you don’t invest in multiple fans you’ll be hot and miserable. None of the utilities are included, rent covers just the space itself.
I have had the amount on the rental payment app be different every month and when it comes to time to pay my rent I have had to reach out and ask... what the charges are.
The space is a really (in my opinion) weird layout. There’s a long stretch of wall/space in the living room that feeds into the “dinning space” which calls for creative when it comes to furniture. The living room space has no lighting and the only light comes from the “dining room” area which is very close to the kitchen area - invest in lighting or you won’t be able to see much in the living room.
I know some of these things might be fine for some individuals but just in case these are make or break it’s for you, hope these help.
