I have been living in the 4Marq for the last year and I have nothing to complain about. The building is close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, the neighbors are quiet and the amenities are great.

Great spot here in Minneapolis. Very clean, and move in was as absolute breeze. Close to trains, busses, and everything downtown. If you work for the city, this is def a great option for you.
