Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful community. I lived here for the past two years and felt so happy. I've only moved to another state due to work—otherwise I'd have stayed!

Good apartment!
Recommend to everyone looking for a quiet and peaceful community. Shoutout to Kennedy for being so nice and making our transition go smoothly and Jeremy from maintenance for being so quick to any maintenance request we have. Appreciate it!

Dramatically Overpriced
There’s a no smoking policy that is not enforced. The property requires you sign a mold waiver prior to moving in, as in you will not sue them over the mold they know is present. The neighbors cook and the smell of their food is pungent and always present, especially at night, when it wakes me up from a sound sleep, burning my nostrils. The toilets are over fifty years old. The furnace is also antiquated. It has broken several times in three years. Management is a revolving door and truly... doesn’t care. Two laundry machines, often non functional, are shared by 24 apartments.

Incredible complex
I lived here the last 2 years and I felt so happy the amenities are great, the maintenance too! Most of the neighbors are friendly and I always felt safe! It was a very great choice
