Beware

Has a pest problem that claim there’s nothing to do about it, poor cleanings after each tenant.. check under appliances before moving in to insure a deep cleaning has been done.

Way Fare is a very nice place to live, the complex is a classy looking place for people passing by. It is well maintained and very nice apartments inside. The staff is overly accommodating to your concerns.

I hate the cement floors. They are cold and cracking. When I decided to rent apartment. The ad said wood flooring. I pay to much for cold ugly cement flooring. I see new apartments developments in the area for the same amount that I am paying here at Wayfare. They have vinyl wood look that are beautiful. The cement floors in my apartment are grey and old looking wish at least they would update to vinyl wood look. It does not cost that much for what we are paying to live here. To satisfy... customers at least they could upgrade.
