I love living here. The grounds are kept very clean and trash free. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond to maintenance requests and the leasing office associates are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful if requested. I feel safe and secure living here. It is very quiet and residents are respectful to each other. These apartments are close to shopping centers, restaurants, and medical offices as well as bring just one mile from a hospital. This is a nice place to live, it is very safe. The common areas are great, and the administration people are helpful and kind.

My husband and I were searching everywhere for something that fit our little family that was everything we needed and was affordable. When we came across Exchange at Holly Springs we fell in love instantly and scheduled a tour that same day. We did the application, got the approval and moved in 2 days later. The process was quick and the leasing office did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They still check up on us to make sure we’re doing well.

The Exchange is a resort atmosphere. The spa pool is salt water, and well kept. The gym has free weights and kettlebells and treadmills and weight machines. If something happens, maintenance is speedy and courteous. Living at The Exchange is carefree living. We love Exchange at Holly Springs! We needed a middle place to live between selling our house and buying another and this has been perfect. Everything is well taken care of, the staff is so friendly and problems are always addressed and resolved quickly. Having come from a house with a big yard, the nature trail has been so wonderful for daily walks with my kids!
