How Is This Rating Determined?

Love living here

Moved in late June 2023, which I have now lived here for two months. So far it has been a good experience. The leasing office staff are very nice, maintenance has been great and fast about taking care of any issues. I was a little nervous about all of the warnings and reviews about the towing and booting of vehicles but it appears that if you follow the rules they leave you alone. During my leasing process, the leasing office and when registered my vehicles with the company (LMS) who enforces... the parking rules provided very detailed information about what you can or can’t do and what will happen if you violate the rules. I have seen a couple of vehicles booted so I assume they didn’t follow the rules. I have two vehicles and one is register with LMS and the other is parked in a guest parking spot. I have not had any issues so far. It’s April 2025 and I still enjoy living here in this community. Office and maintenance staff are awesome!

Not as great as it looks

Too high priced for what it has to offer. It may have a gated community, but that means nothing and you will see plenty of non-residents at the pool disrupting your day. Go to management, but nothing will be done. Also, way overpriced especially with all the new developments in the area. My kids no longer wanted to live there due to multiple concerns that were not addressed. I would seriously look elsewhere.

119 South is a great apartment complex. My two bedroom apartment has a great layout, plenty of space, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
