The Walker

Great staff and good neighbors! The heated pool is great for babysitting grandkids .
We love the various ages and the fun activities.
The location to the park and downtown venues is a plus.

The staff at The Walker continues to impress. The Walker is now about 3 years old but the place still looks new. The maintenance team is always fast, responsive, and working to keep things in top shape. And, the management / leasing team are always running new and fun activities that help make living here special. Of course The Walker is in the best location in Cary, but it's the team that makes this a great place to be.

I have been a resident at The Walker for almost 2 years and could not be happier with my decision to move here. My apartment is spacious, modern and very well designed containing high end finishes and appliances. Moreover, the building is extremely well maintained in every respect and the staff is both friendly and responsive. Lastly , there is a great group of folks living here and there is no shortage of fun events both in the building and in the amazing park next to us.

It's fall ya'll. That means it is time for so many great events. The Walker staff never fails to make every day special. It truly is a community and not just an apartment.

All is well. We love living here and appreciate the many opportunities sponsored by The Walker to meet and enjoy other residents. The administration and maintenance staffs are terrific.
