VERT at Six Forks

More problems than expected.
The apartment is no where big enough for 1 human being. I've had issues with the outside door, the garbage disposal and way too many of issues with Spectrum. It's out every 6 weeks

The apartment complex is really quiet, I think is a good place to live. Even the neighborhood looks safe.
I am in new in this city so that I can't say anything else about the city. So far, everything has been like I though.

Neighborhood seems comfortable and inviting, wish apartment had been cleaner at move-in but overall I am pleased and it looks exactly as stated in pictures.

I have been residing at The Vert at Six Forks for the past several months, and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I first stepped into this community, I knew I had found a special place to call home.

The amenities provided are great, ensuring a lifestyle of comfort and convenience. The fitness center, although undergoing renovations, is well-equipped, making it easy to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. The pool area is not only a refreshing escape... during the warmer months but also beautifully designed, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

The apartments themselves are a testament to modern living. Spacious layouts, contemporary finishes, and attention to detail create an inviting and stylish living space. The well-designed kitchens and bathrooms add a touch of modesty to everyday life. The in-unit amenities, including a washer and dryer, appliances, and decent storage space, contribute to the overall convenience and comfort of living here.

One of the standout features of The Vert at Six Forks is the dedicated manager, Alex! She is responsive, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. I've had two maintenance issues, and they were addressed within 24-48 hours.

The location is another aspect that adds to the appeal of this community. Conveniently situated with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options right off of Six Forks Road. The Vert at Six Forks strikes the perfect balance between a tranquil residential setting and proximity to urban conveniences.

In summary, my time at The Vert at Six Forks has been exceptional. The combination of amenities, well-maintained living spaces, and a welcoming community atmosphere make it a five-star residence. Do not move here y'all. There was an enormous wasp infestation in the apartments when I moved in. I personally killed 27 wasps INSIDE my 1 bedroom apartment.
More than that though, no one is ever available in the office once you move-in, maintenance never shows up, etc. It was infuriating trying to move-out. No one would reply to my calls or emails. Took them over 3 weeks to respond to my termination of lease. And nearly 3 months after moving out, they sent me a bill for new carpeting. 0/5... stars would not recommend Read More
