Nice area to live by the mall. The neighbor are friendly. Everything you need is close by. The traffic is not bad. They also have a nice pool and gym area.

Absolutely quiet. Everyone has been wonderful and quick with even simple maintenance tasks. Kristy my leasing agent has been a complete miracle to work with.

I’m exhausted from dealing with the management here. My apartment was not rent ready and I moved in with needing many maintenance issues corrected. I had to leave in the middle of unpacking and be out of my apartment for over five hours due to a spider crack in the tub. They had to resurface it and I was told I could stay in the apartment while the work was being completed. The chemical smell was so bad that I had to leave. I was then told later that I should not have been in the apartment while... this work was being completed. My mother and I both got sick from the chemical exposure. Along with a long list of issues with maintenance. This has been a terrible experience all around.

We toured the apartment and in honesty, feel like we wasted our time because the complex was not like the pictures. The paint on the siding was splotchy and chipping everywhere. Even the model we were shown was very run down and smoky/musty smelling. I just think it’s fair to have some idea of that beforehand.

We're sorry you were not pleased with your tour! Perhaps you noticed that we are in the middle of a major exterior renovation and all of the siding is being repaired or replaced and also repainted. Sometimes things can look a little messy in the... middle of all that, but we're very excited to see the finished project very soon!

When I first moved to the complex I had a horrible experience with the property manager...she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I found that the management team had been replaced I was less than surprised. Chris and Luke are the new property management and I know they are working extremely hard to "right" the bad vibes from the previous property management. Chris and Luke are always extremely helpful, greet you with a smile and by name, and make every effort to show you that they care... about your needs. Maintenance is great too! These are older buildings so there are going to be times that something needs to be fixed, and they get the job done quickly and efficiently.
