We've moved in on August 3 and so far the experience is good and community is pleasant and nice. Maintenance requests are promptly attended and buildings are old but good.

I would definitely recommend Crosstimbers Apartments!

The office staff was very informative and a absolute pleasure to work with. The apartment is beautiful and spacious! The location is convenient to everything I could possibly want. Parking is plentiful and never an issue. Convenience to major roads, highways, and large shopping centers and grocery stores. Backs up to Morrisville Community Park and allows easy access into the park. I love living at Crosstimbers!

Very Nice Place to Live

This place is very close to Grocery Stores, Schools, and Parks. Even close to work locations and Airport. Their floor plan is good.The leasing office staff are very friendly and good. They look into tenant's issues and resolve them more effectively and in friendly way. I felt safe and happy during my stay. It has very wide green gross areas for kids to play, also has nice swimming pool, 2 play grounds and 1 kids play area. It is very good place for walking in Summer evenings. I didn't face any... issues during my stay.

Good apartment!

My apt is Crosstimber, and that is good apt. It have good location. Near Walmart, Elementary school, not too far Cross, TJ maxx, Target, and easy to take to Hw 55, I-40, I-540. About floor plan, it is reasonable. I love the ways they build it. The area and parking is not busy and cramped. Community is good. I feel safety, peaceful and never boring or annoying. Especially, it have wide grass land. That good for people have children. That be all, to sum up, I love my apartment Crosstimber because... it is perfect, convenient, safety, clean and peaceful place.
