I have loved living at 36 Noda. The staff is amazing and the residents have been awesome. I sadly have struggled with residence noise in the complex but the staff has made us decide to stay and resign a new unit in the building. We recommend for everyone to live here!

This is a really cool place to live, especially if you’re looking for a great location and a comfortable community. The location is one of the biggest highlights, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and other everyday necessities. It makes getting around easy while still providing a nice place to come home to at the end of the day.

The property itself has a welcoming atmosphere, and overall, it’s been a great experience living here. Another major positive is... the staff, especially Sam. Sam is fantastic and has always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Having someone like Sam around really makes a difference and adds to the overall experience.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable place to live. Great location, great atmosphere, and great people!

Overall great. My only complaint is the front desk hours. It would be helpful if the desk was covered at least 12 hours a day. For folks who commute to work like me, no one is available before I leave for work or after I arrive home. I'm only able to talk to someone on weekends. This is significantly problematic when the issue occurs on Mondays/ Tuesdays or is related to the parking garage, i.e. my parking pass not working to open the gates
