Love it here!

as a resident since 2023 i can say i have really enjoyed calling The Ashton home. the entire staff has been extremely professional and they have created a warm & friendly environment for the tenants and their pets. the location is ideal for us and we rarely drive anywhere as everything we need is within a 3 to 4 block radius. the building is super sound so we never hear our neighbors which is a solid perk. the rooftop atmosphere is certainly worth mentioning. incredible skyline view and a cool... pool to enjoy as well. the rolls royce of grills are available to cook out with .. 2 on the rooftop & 2 on the front patio of the property. secured parking is also worth mentioning. members of the cleaning staff keep the parking decks nice & tidy. The Ashton has definitely garnered a 5-Star rating in our book for the record.

So far so good. The pool and facilities have been great. The gate to the parking garage also helped me this afternoon when a stranger tried to follow me in. Only maintenance has been a pain as they are hit or miss with the things they fix and the quality. So far this place is a serious step up from where I was before.

Love everything ! Miss the bottled water that used to be put out and I don’t think the yoga classes were ever restarted which I told was every other Tuesday when I moved in or the massages.
