clean and an excellent location, there’s always fun events, our favorite is happy hour. we love our 2bed 2 bathroom it is perfect for hosting guests

Excellent place to live! It’s a very nice building with 24/7 concierge and security. Absolutely love the staff and have become close friends with many of the tenants.

Unethical and Property has gone downhill

This place acts in highly unethical ways. I broke the lease and paid the full 2 months contractually obligated. In addition, I opted to have them clean and take my $250 deposit.

Months later, they’ve handed this over to a collection agency for $170 that are unexplained except saying (falsely) that I turned apartment over a day late. I in fact handed it over a total of 3 days before what would have been covered by rent + the two months to leave early.

This is after being a tenant for 7 years...
with no issues. Disgusting.

To top this off, the Hawkins side experience has severely degraded over the years. I was in a corner unit and the noise is now awful from Thursday - Saturday and I'm not really sensitive to noise having lived in Shanghai, China for a decade.
