Avana creekside could be an amazing place to live if you are a starter here in Charlotte and just moved from a big city. It’s very difficult to get acclimated to this space but when everything is close by such as gas station, food stores, grocery stores, the bus station, there’s no way anyone would go without a job or without food. However, it is on a tough side of town, and although we don’t get much criminal activity in this neighborhood you could sometimes hear commotion or noise pollution... from the main roads.

Been living here for almost 3 years and I LOVE it here. No problems, peaceful atmosphere and super friendly people all around. The office associates are amazing and always smiling and willing to help. Maintenance has always answered my needs quickly and professionally. I love it here.

I have been a resident here for 2 years and it’s quiet, friendly neighbors and very convenient to stores. The leasing agents are nice especially Anna , I haven’t met the new Manager yet however I heard good things about her. Maintenance is prompt to service and one guy sticks out particular Chauncey as a young individual very knowledgeable, neat and Humble.
