Living at Circa has been wonderful. Close to work, food and entertainment. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is always timely. Great place uptown!

Things started off great however as I approached a year here I am noticing the lack of working necessities that we pay for monthly. Plumbing failures, maintenance delays, broken appliances, broken elevators. Although staff is nice it does not make up for the amount of money we spend here and things are inoperable or not functioning properly.

Hello, we are disappointed to see your low star rating. The freight elevator was down for some time due to specific parts needing to be custom made that delayed the repairs further than anticipated. Through the process, we were at the mercy of the... vendor for updates. If you could provide more information to us, we would be more than happy to try and make this situation better.

Elevators have been down for months. Getting packages is inconvenient, haven’t had a consistent concierge present to be able to get them.. need an Amazon locker or something self accessible. Cockroaches in lobby. Trash chute is always broken and hallways smell rancid.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We truly appreciate it, as we are always looking for opportunities to improve the resident experience. As communicated with the community, we have shared our ongoing frustration with the... length of time it took to restore the freight elevator. Unfortunately, the repair required custom, made-to-order parts that had to be manufactured and shipped from overseas, which significantly extended the timeline. We are happy to confirm that the elevators are now fully operational. Our Concierge team continues to be on-site every day, with the exception of Wednesdays and Sundays, as has been our regular schedule. Regarding pest control, we have not experienced ongoing pest concerns in the lobby. Our community is treated preventatively on a weekly basis, including the common areas and exterior of the building, to help proactively address any potential issues. The trash chutes are also operating as intended. Occasionally, a chute may become clogged when items that are not properly bagged or are placed in bags larger than the recommended 13-gallon size are discarded. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and hope you have noticed improvements throughout the community. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will continue working to enhance your experience at Circa Uptown.
