We absolutely love it here. All the staff has been wonderful and we love the area. The only thing is I wish the gym got an upgrade, it is very small and outdated.

Area is great but independence blvd is loud. The apt events are decent. The dog park is convenient. Maintenance is usually pretty attentive.

Would recommend to a friend. Overall it’s a great building and excellent location. Only complaint is you can hear your neighbors through the walls sometimes plus the tenant above has loud feet.

Just moved in and going great so far! I really am a big fan of the amenities this place has to offer such as the pool and the gym. Random note but I feel like the parking garage is also very spacious!
