The Vinoy at Innovation Park

I’ve had a really positive experience living in this building so far {3 years }. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. My apartment itself has been great, and the overall environment feels comfortable and welcoming.

The staff are polite, attentive, and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community they’re managing.

I also... want to specifically recognize office and maintenance team for their professionalism, charm, and genuine care.

Staff are friendly and approachable, and the maintenance overall appears to be well managed. I appreciate the prompt response in fixing the water leak in the car wash area—thank you for addressing that quickly.

However, the vacuum station is not very useful at the moment, as the small holder is missing. Additionally, some of the items in the play area are broken and need attention. Kindly look into these areas to further improve the resident experience.

Just complaint is cockroaches. Remaining everything is ok. We raised complaint about dishwasher. They came and clean the stuff. But I think it's old one. Dishes not cleaned properly.

I was looking for a peaceful quiet place. I thought that’s what I found. I was wrong. People are out late and are loud from adults to children. They walk the streets and look at the cars as if the cars should be on the sidewalk.

Renewal rents are high and total rents are also high as compared to amenities available. We can not bring guests freely because of LMS parking not convenient solution. LMS parking is nuisance enforced on resident without any demand from residents. LMS parking should be get rid off from vinoy, its headache, like torture, painful and embarrassing when guest are fined with huge charges. Vinoy is not in a uptown or near marketplace that it needs parking restriction. LMS parking is decision is not... based on residents requirment.
