Maintainance should be improved as I see most of the case fixes are not long term and permanent. After few days the same issue is happening. Also tickets are getting closed without addressing the issue and taking long time to address the issue.

We really enjoy living in this community! It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful. The community has a beautiful, spacious pool where my kids absolutely love spending time. There’s also a nice play area for children, and we really enjoy being able to walk around the community safely. Overall, it’s a great place for families, and we’re happy to call it home.

Excellent place to live in. Having great fun in the evenings walk and talk with all other neighbors. Kids are enjoying the park and swimming pool. Very friendly atmosphere all over

Very pleasant and well maintenance I’m experiencing in Vinoy.
They will conduct some games, pool parties, bingo nights and some times painting competition for adults.
They will celebrate each and every event.
