I was looking for a peaceful quiet place. I thought that’s what I found. I was wrong. People are out late and are loud from adults to children. They walk the streets and look at the cars as if the cars should be on the sidewalk.

Renewal rents are high and total rents are also high as compared to amenities available. We can not bring guests freely because of LMS parking not convenient solution. LMS parking is nuisance enforced on resident without any demand from residents. LMS parking should be get rid off from vinoy, its headache, like torture, painful and embarrassing when guest are fined with huge charges. Vinoy is not in a uptown or near marketplace that it needs parking restriction. LMS parking is decision is not... based on residents requirment. Resident needs more big and beautiful play area for kids. Roaches are too much in the apartment, not a comfortable living because of roaches.

For...
resident convenience, our parking policy is posted at both entrances, and at amenity spaces. Your guests can come and go freely - we only ask they register in visitor parking spaces. This is crucial so our residents have sufficient parking of their own and are not impacted by students at the neighboring schools utilizing our parking lots or by any vehicles that should not be parked onsite.

We also take pest concerns very seriously. If you haven’t already, please contact the leasing office so we can schedule pest control for your apartment as soon as possible. Our goal is to resolve these issues quickly and help improve your living experience.

Additionally, we appreciate your suggestion about enhancing play areas for children. Feedback like this helps us better understand what amenities matter most to our residents.
