I like it for the most part. My biggest regret about moving here is the noise. All the trains blowing horns all through the night. Plus they have landscapers and their loud equipment here 2 or 3 times a week

The trains and surrounding activity are part of the neighborhood, and we know that can... take some getting used to. Our landscaping schedule is designed to keep the community looking its best, though we recognize the timing and frequency can be disruptive.

Community is a bit dated. Amenities are great when available. The gates into the complex are always broken, so it seems silly that we even have them. Last minute delay of about a month in pool opening. There have been multiple instances where maintenance is supposed to come do inspections, replace air filters, etc. and they just haven’t shown up. Overall, it’s fine but maybe not worth what you pay. Great location and overall, pretty quiet.

Regarding the pool, unfortunately the repairs were unforeseen as the pool was completely resurfaced in 2024, but we assure you that every action is being taken to get it open as quickly as possible. The work is expected to be completed next week, and we look forward to opening it as soon as possible once that work is finished. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

We also hope you have been able to enjoy some of the recent updates around the community, including enhancements to the pool seating and clubroom as well as a complete update to the fitness center. Many residents have been very happy with these additions!
