The maintence staff is on top of all issues. They fix them while keeping my schedule in mind since I work from home and always let me know before coming to my unit so I can make sure I am present and my dog is put away.

18 months living here now and our little community here feels like home. Clubhouse get togethers, apartment gatherings… all the things you need to get through a bitterly cole winter!

Very great place to live. The property manager is super nice and always makes you feel at home and the property itself is well maintained. The apartments are very nice on the inside and in my 13 months living here I have never had an issue of insects or rodents. Amenities are super nice and probably my favorite feature is the pet spa. Also a super pet friendly community which is exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. Also the location can't be beat you are right in the heart of noda.

This is a wonderful place to live. The facility and amenities are great. The team (both the leasing office team and the maintenance team) is really great. The other residents help make the place feel like a real community. It is so nice. We just renewed our lease for a THIRD time!
