I am absolutely loving the high-rise lifestyle at 400H! The apartment’s fit and finishes are stellar—easily the best of any community I’ve lived in—and the views are incredible. The amenities are next-level; the gym is by far the most impressive apartment fitness center I’ve ever seen. Logistics here are seamless, too. My move-in went perfectly thanks to great freight elevator and loading bay setups, and the provided ISP speeds have been rock-solid for all my remote work and tech needs. On top... of that, having convenient bike lanes right next to the building is a fantastic perk for getting around. The entire staff has been wonderful, with a special shoutout to Cassie for being absolutely stellar. I’m incredibly excited for my time here and highly recommend 400H to anyone looking for a top-tier city living experience!

The building has smelled like garbage for nearly a year, with the 9th floor being the most severely affected. Ongoing backdrafts or blockages in the trash chute cause rancid odors to circulate through multiple floors, leaving the building smelling like rotting trash. This issue has significantly impacted my quality of life and how I feel about living here. I am aware of multiple residents and visitors who have noticed the stench as high as the 15th floor.

team has identified the source of the problem—a broken fan in the trash chute system—and a replacement has already been ordered. You should begin to notice an improvement in the odor as soon as the repair is completed. While occasional equipment failures can happen, we’re grateful that our team was able to quickly pinpoint the issue and take steps to resolve it.

A DREAM COME TRUE IN DOWNTOWN RALEIGH

Living here has been nothing short of a dream come true. This property feels like luxury form the moment you walk in. The high-rise views are absolutely breathtaking- every sunrise and city light makes you feel like you're living in a movie. Being in the heart of Downtown Raleigh means everything is at your doorstep: dining, entertainment, and the vibrant energy of the city.
The concierge team is phenomenal- professional, attentive, and always one step ahead. Whether it is receiving packages,...
coordinating access, or simply greeting you with a smile, they make every living feel elevated. If I'm having a bad day in the morning, I know Mia's smile will brighten it.
The leasing team also deserves a special shoutout. Jacob, Carrie, and Sarena are truly unmatched. They're knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely care about making your move-in and living experience seamless. You're not treated like a tenant at 400H, you're treated like a priority.
From the stunning amenities to the unbeatable location, this building sets the standard for luxury living. If you're looking for a place that blends convenience, class and comfort effortlessly this is it! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Best apartment community in downtown Raleigh as of 2025! Very inclusive, extra clean, great management and leasing team, along with quick maintenance response times.
The two lounges are always spotless thanks to the friendly and thorough cleaning team. The views from both lounges provide residents with extra living space for when they just want a little more room.
The gym is the best gym we saw when touring 4 properties in DTR. Amazing state of the art equipment and always lots of privacy for...
individual workouts. The pool, when open, is a highlight of 400H as it is consistently kept clean and surrounding vegetation keeps the vibe homey.
Overall, the views we have experienced inside of other residents apartments are just as stellar as our view. I believe every apartment has its own unique and gorgeous view. Living here at 400H is like living in a happy dream.
