place is great

very fairly priced. the staff was nice and very helpful. I have been here for 4 months and have not seen a single bug. the only problem I have is that the elevator has been down more than I would expect but that isn't really something they can control.

Excellent STAFFFFFFFF !!!

This is my second year with this property and the stafffffff is amazing ! Whenever there is a problem in my apartment they are always on top of it. Eric, Felix and Jessica have been lifesavers !

Good Luck

This property is aesthetically pleasing but prepare for extremely thin walls, little to no parking spaces available (depending on which building you’re in), and valet trash that doesn’t get picked up on time. Hopefully if you have decent neighbors you will only hear a little bit of stomping, but get on the top floor and you don’t have to worry about that as much. Good luck.
