Well, little did he know when he was cleaning homes and condominiums on the Saturday rental rollovers in Ocean City, Maryland 40 years ago, that he would still be in the business decades later while managing several hundred vacation rental properties in North Carolina for Coastal Vacation Resorts. Brendan received his education at the University of Delaware and California Western School of Law in San Diego before working several years in telecommunications and eBusiness services on the west coast. When the technology bubble burst in Seattle in the late ninety’s, Brendan moved back to San Diego deciding to put his property law background to use in trust deed investing, mortgage financing and real estate sales. A promotion with a bank moved Brendan back to the East Coast to his home State of Maryland where he met his wife, and attorney, Kiersten Gordon of The Gordon Law Firm in Shallotte, NC.
