We moved in as the first tenants when they were first built. We had a first floor, corner apartment. The office and maintenance were all so friendly and quick to help. The amenities are great. You’re close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants, the beaches and Downtown. We had a great experience living there

They are completely unprofessional and when me and my fiance moved out they told us it was fine to leave the keys in the appartment and now we are being charged an extra $200 on top of what we owed to move out because they said
we didn't call them to remind them that we left the keys in the appartment they will find every single way to charge you that they possibly can and when you want to dispute it they just put you on debt collection and mark it in there system and won't even listen to... you're dispute if you see this review please do you're self a favor and not move there

Luxury living it's not. If you have tenants above you good luck because quality of work is poor no sound barriers between floors and if you have loud people above you it's frustrating cause you can't even sit at home a watch a movie without dealing with noisy neighbors that walk heavy will drive you crazy and management can't control it.Lived here for almost a year a can say can't wait to move out. Think twice before considering this property.
