It is my goal as a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker, to provide both buyers and sellers with the utmost professionalism. I have been a full time Realtor since 1999 and pride myself on the fact that most of my business is repeat business and or referrals. I take this as a huge compliment that both past clients and customers have been extremely satisfied with my service and feel confident in doing business with me. I have been serving on the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors and the Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess Multiple listing service since 1999. I have served in many different directorships on both the Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service Board. I am, and have been for the past several years, a Broker Caravan Director for the Columbia-Greene, Northern Dutchess MLS and was awarded the Columbia Greene Board of Realtors 2018 Realtor of the Year !! I have been very involved in local fund-raising activities in the Greene County area as well as my own community of Sleepy Hollow Lake. I have been serving on the Board of Helping Hands at Sleepy Hollow Lake for the past several years. I have resided here at Sleepy Hollow Lake since 1989 and own my office which is located just outside the main entrance of Sleepy Hollow Lake. All of our listings are fed direct to all internet sites via an IDX feed which allows us broad exposure. We recently redesigned our website to provide even better service to our clients and customers. I continue to educate myself in new areas of this wonderful business of real estate and stay on top of exciting new trends and ways to communicate with clients and customers. It is MY GOAL to help people make their dream of homeownership come true!!
