The master bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and a TV, while the second bedroom provides a full-sized bed and a TV as well. Both bedrooms are equipped with closets, heating and air conditioning units, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes occur periodically. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for safety and security. No parties, loud music, gatherings, or smoking are allowed.
