All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $325 to $475.

Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). The payment should be made on a monthly basis. For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all our guests, we require that each guest presents a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
