There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. There is a $200 fine for leaving the kayaks on the pool; kindly return them to the designated place. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty.
