Fire alarms randomly go off nonstop, mail disappears or never arrives (read: stolen), every request from management comes from a note on your door or an email that conceals a thinly veiled threat (do X or we will be forced to do Y), and the kicker for me was seeing my floorplan listed for 200 less than what I'm paying for month, and being ignored by the office when I tried to negotiate a lease renewal. Theft is rampant here. Mngmnt will only say and do anything to absolve themself of anything. Literally will just say 'to bad'. On top of it they don't warn anyone of the theft that is going on so we could help each other. The building is NOT secure and then they have 'video camera's' that when the police request the video or to see video, they tell the police they have to get a warrant for it! This place is a dump and the slum lord mngmnt makes it even worse. STAY AWAY. Anything is better... than living in a place where you can't keep anything in your car in the garage or order anything online.
