0 star!! Nothing Luxury about this place other than the price you pay. Dog poop all over the place can’t even walk to your car without stepping in dog poop! No gym on North side building has been closed since 2023. Broken glass in building stairs called them twice to let them know they don’t care. Our neighbors windows all got replace somehow ours got missed and now they won’t replace and they don’t know when “their vendor” will replace so winter it is very cold with ice, summer very hot and... humid, spring all wet… Roaches, and more Roaches!! Gates never work!!! No communication from office to maintenance, vise versa, and office never returns follow up calls.Summer time pool is a mess with glass bottles, people that don’t live there in and out of pools.No employee cares, everything falls back on their manager that never returns calls either. The management for Anatole is a MESS. They are unorganized. They do not care about their tenants.
I called them twice and even addressed an issue in person about kids riding their bikes in the middle of the parking lot (because one almost got hit) and they did not do anything about the issue.
They clearly only care about the paycheck at the end of the day.
And don't even think about having anything fixed in your apartment unless you put in 8 separate service requests.

NOT luxury.
NOT worth... the price.

Nothing is ever running smoothly here, the treadmills are down, the gates aren't working , the maintenance is behind, the grounds aren't taken care of. The office staff is always changing.

My son and I love it here. It is close to everything, but it is also away from everything at the same time. It's so close to the bike trails too.
