Beautiful and Historic Place to Live

I've lived at The First Residences at First National for over a year, and I genuinely can't imagine living anywhere else. The building is absolutely stunning, with beautiful Art Deco architecture, spacious apartments, and an elegance that's hard to put into words. It's amazing getting to call a place home where people come to celebrate weddings and big events. Every friend I bring over is blown away by how beautiful it is. The location is perfect too, right in the heart of downtown OKC near the... Devon Tower, with restaurants and bars downstairs and an easy walk to Myriad Botanical Gardens and Scissortail Park. The leasing office is also exceptional. They are always friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. If you're looking for luxury, history, convenience, and amazing management, I truly can't recommend this place enough.

One of the Most Luxurious Living Experiences

The National is a gorgeous, restored building. It is an art deco masterpiece with a fabulous hotel, multiple excellent restaurants and a fun night club. The First National apartments are immaculate, with full amenities and excellent views. The staff is warm, helpful, responsible and personable. BEST apartment experience to date! Highly recommend.

Dream Life

I absolutely love living at First National Apartments! Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

The views are incredible, and the building itself is beautiful, but what really makes this place special is the people. The leasing team is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and the concierge staff has become like friends to me. They truly make this building feel like home.

As a dog owner, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The entire building is so dog-friendly, and... having the dog park on the 14th floor is amazing. It means I never have to worry about walking my dog around downtown after dark, which is such a huge perk.

The amenities are fantastic. I love spending time at the pool, grilling with friends, playing shuffleboard or pool, and having such a well-equipped gym steps away. The weekly resident events have also helped me build real friendships with my neighbors. I’ve met people here that I know will be lifelong friends.

Another thing I love is how walkable everything is. I work downtown, and having Drybar, Starbucks, Stock & Bond, Tellers, The Vault, Plenty Mercantile, and Gilded Acorn all in the building means I rarely even need to leave. It’s such a fun, convenient lifestyle.

If you’re looking for luxury living with an incredible sense of community, First National Apartments is truly hard to beat. I couldn’t recommend it more!
