We have loved living at The Fitz so far, the location is perfect with all the lovely restaurants of 23rd, and if you drive to work the highway is quick to get on. The apartments are stunning and unique, and the building is kept super clean. Lexi is an amazing manager and made our move-in process flexible and easy. We could not be happier with our experience so far.

Move in at your own risk.

It was a nightmare. Packages stolen, elevators not working, smell of sewage in the apartment, heater breaking in the middle of winter, last month sewage bill was over $100 just because. The list goes on and on.

I just moved into the Fitz and the aesthetics of the building and apartments are unmatched! Everything is absolutely beautiful. The building is also very pet friendly; The residents are so kind and so are their pups.

Security issues and uncaring property management

Major security issues (my locked bike was stolen in my first month of moving in), uncaring/unhelpful property management, and zero amenities (+ high rent $) = not a great place to live.
