Greystone Vista Apartment Homes

This is the third time moving into Greystone Vista and it is better than ever in my opinion. My career has forced me to move several times, but I always want to return to this property. I have lived in several apartment communities and none compare with the feeling of community here. My first day back, i was greeted and welcomed back by neighbors. What a wonderful feeling.

Andrea and Nadine have been amazing in the leasing process and are a model of what hospitality should be. What a... pleasurable and seamless experience from day one in getting my lease. Forgive me for for forgetting the head of maintenance, but he also completed a maintenance request promptly, and showed true hospitality

The property is perfectly groomed and the grounds clean, as always. Great Fitness Center and beautiful Pool make it even more enjoyable. There is no better apartment community in Knoxville

Everything is great! We love the view from our apartment and it is nice and quiet around the property. The property has a very calm atmosphere.

Natalie the assistant property manager is Excellent. She is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. She made the moving process very smooth.

The tour and move in experience at Greystone Vista was top notch! Bothe Natalie and Ashley were so kind and thorough. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’ve lived in several apartments throughout my lifetime and this was by far the most professional, well executed leasing experience. I have no doubt living here will be just as enjoyable!

Nice community and good experience in general with room for improving. Wish if we have children's play area and more noice proof walls. Gardening is not maintained over the years to replace dead flowering plants. What ever remains after winter will just continue for the next season.
