I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment community is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. The management team truly cares about the residents and works hard to make this a comfortable place to live. The property is clean, quiet, and feels like home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live with an amazing staff.

Washers and Dryers 1/5 (You frequently need to pay for a dryer two times if you want it to actually dry your clothes, otherwise they will remain wet/damp. That or only dry three pieces of clothing at a time).
Parking 1/5 Frequently cannot find a spot near my building when I get home from work because I work afternoons/nights. Also, there are very few visitor parking spots that are not way at the front of the apt complex. My friend came over one night to help me... install my cable for approximately 45 min and his car was towed. I had to take him all the way to East Knoxville and pay $245 to get his car back. Talk about taking care of your residents.

We did recently have all dryers inspected and cleaned by a... professional company and this seems to have taken care of a few issues at hand. Coming from our last complex which didn’t care about us basically, we are so in love with this place. Maintenance guys are fantastic caring and kind, same goes for management. And we love going on walks here we always feel safe and everything is so beautiful.
