I would absolutely give 5 stars if it weren’t for the roach problem. That problem makes living here less enjoyable. I love it here, otherwise.

So far so good, quiet and peaceful. I put in a maintenance request and it was completed within 24hrs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Received some good recommendations on places to eat.

A great apartment complex with actual charm/character. Set on a cute hill with lots of old trees. The staff are super friendly and attentive, maintenance people are great too. A truly wonderful place to live
