The elevator has been broken due to lightning for a week now, and it is both extremely inconvenient and dangerous. Having to hold and carry a baby and a dog up and down the stairs every single day is a major safety hazard.
?What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from management. We have not received a single email addressing this issue or letting us know when the elevator will be working again—the only notice is a sign on the elevator itself, while we continue to receive... emails about food trucks instead of critical building updates. Better communication and a prompt repair are urgently needed.

“I am having a fantastic experience living at Main Street Lofts. The amenities are great and includes a fully equipped fitness center, a beautiful pool, and in-unit laundry that makes life very convenient. The management team is incredibly polite, responsive, and handles maintenance requests quickly and professionally. The apartment is modern, quiet, and very comfortable. While the location is excellent, close to shopping and dining, and has great access to public transit, the community still... remains incredibly quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.”
