Vintage at Emory Road Apartments

Excellent place with accommodations! Would not go anywhere else to stay. The best part is the staff, areas of use and the overall community. It feels like I’m living in a housing area.

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with office staff at this complex.
Let’s just start from the top as I’ve been a resident for two years- I’ll give the highlights
1. Upon moving in my apartment was NOT painted, cleaned, or ready for move in. Examples include- cracked tiles in the bathrooms, mold and apparent water damage in the bathroom cabinet, sanded and filled holes from tortious tenant that was not painted over, fingernail clippings in the drawers, a washing machine FILLED with dirt. I... shared picture with management and was met with nothing other than them sending me the invoices where they paid to have it cleaned etc.
2. Management changed without notifying residents - I randomly received an email requesting NEXT day access to my apartment from someone I had no clue who they were. Had to email and ask if it was real because? Hello??
3. They market this has a gated community but leave the gates open 40 a week and when residents complain they get attitude.. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Read More

I love living here. Quiet living and the grounds are well maintained. The office staff and the maintenance staff are great ! Close to a lot of grocery stores and shopping stores. Thank you!??

Great atmosphere and most of the office people are very knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone seems nice that I have came across at the pool or mailbox

Great place to live. Good location,close to everything yet still country feel. Management is great,very warm and welcoming. Couldn't think of a better or more friendly place to live.
