Good customer service! The staff is very well trained and the General Manager is available if necessary to speak face to face with him! I have made an effort to get to know my neighbors. The residents that I have met so far are kind, helpful and very considerate of my “space”. I like what I have experienced thus far at Vintage on Emory Road in Powell, TN!

Great place to live. Gorgeous environment and staff and neighbors are so friendly and helpful. Moving long distance can be very stressful but Vintage made it easy and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. The staff are amazing. The community is very dog-friendly. The pool and gym are well taken care of as are the grounds. Maintenance is always quick and very helpful. The apartments themselves are nice although I do wish the appliances and finishes were a bit nicer given the rent price. I have had quite a few issues with the appliances in my apartment, but thankfully the maintenance team is awesome and quick to resolve any issues. The... location is very convenient. I am very happy I chose Vintage Apartments!
