Callie Coleman, Andrea, and Isela here handle people and the property remarkably well, are responsive to service requests, and any questions. They are unfailingly kind and professional. I have seen good things happen here since Callie came to us, security issues addressed, and challenges with it overcome. The Village is well-lit, has clean grounds, has a good-sized, designated dog area and playground. The pool is simply beautiful, and I use the gym here three times a week. Both are so nice to... have on this property. We enjoy the proximity to both nearby Domain shopping area and Walnut Creek trail / park. Gracy Farms Shopping Center is a two-minute walk, HEB Grocery store a 5-minute drive. NICE!

It is just been 2 months and it has been my worst experience so far. Water is shut down very frequently and the service request has not been resolved for more than 2 weeks. There is no approximate date till now for the service request resolution. Any other issues with delivery are also not even considered by the leasing office agent when reached out for help.
