Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside or outside the house. No parties or events are allowed. Please do not park under the house; park only on the concrete driveway and be careful not to hit the pilings. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Please clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on available water hoses and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
