Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed at the Loft at Lucky Eagle. All trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage can on the back deck area outside the door; there will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. Parking is only allowed at the bottom of the stairs that lead up to the loft.
Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
